    Having trouble uploading multiple images.

Asked by verocom on July 12, 2013 at 11:40 PM

    Hi !

I'm having a issue with the multi-files upload button. You have to click on top of the button so it works. Most of the times and it depends of the browser, you need to click several times so it works. Try to click at the bottom of the button.

    Please help

    Hello,

May I know where is the option on your form to add more photos?

I have tested your form and after uploading one image, I don't see another button or option for me to add more.

Can you send me the exact steps on adding more photos to your form so that I can replicate.

Thank you and I will wait for your response.

Well people can only upload one photo but I had to use the multi-files button because I wanted it to look like this.

Hello, May I know if you already added the multiply files option, or you wanted to add the feature. You are saying you "wanted to look like this" But I didn't see the image from your last response? Did you paste the screenshot on your last response? Because I don't see any attached image.

Please ellaborate further so that I can assist you better on your inquiry.

Thank you so much. I will wait for your response.

Sorry for my English, I will try to be more specific.
I have already the button for multi-file upload. I choose this option because I love the way it looks altough I dont need people to upload more than one photo. The problem is that is not all the button is "clickable", only the top part.

I am not having trouble uploading multiple images...! I have trouble on the button itself ! The zone where we click on the button is only define at top of the button. This happen on Chrome and Safari (maybe other browser also but I did not test).
At first, the title of my topic was : Multi-upload button click zone
    Am I clear now? Loll

    @verocom

So far I checked your page here and I found to many issues. They are probably the reason why you've encountered this on your end.

    1. Image background is to short, this makes the fields looks transparent.

    2. Your div form container length is too short, increase it.

Regarding on the multi-upload button, it's clickable here and it's working fine. If you have issues on your end, kindly review your custom changes made on the form. Thanks!

The issue is related to the custom css code. As far as I can see, uploaded element is being placed on top of the multiple upload button.

So you can try to play around with the .qq-upload-list positioning.

    Thank you.
