Is there a way to set up the form to carry forward customer information to a second form so that I can set up different pay sections on secondary forms? Some of my customers do not want to use Google checkout and paypal does not accept multiple coupon codes (in a way that I can see).

There is a way to do this, although I must admit that this is not the easiest thing to do. To achieve this, you would need to use an intermediary php page which will act as a bridget between the two forms. The php script shall extract values from the first form submission via HTTP POST sent using custom thank you page url and then populate the second form using url query strings.
