    Hi

Can you point me in the right direction - perhaps there is something I'm missing, or otherwise you can suggest an integration.

We currently manually copy each form entry eg first name, second name, phone, email etc.

Then manually paste those into our web-based client management system (CRM).

    Ouch!!!!

We'd like a quicker way to copy each entry of whole client data into the clipboard.

The CRM is a specialist one and does NOT have an API and does not have any integrations with jotform. The CRM is a web application eg using chrome.

I can see that we could integrate with eg google sheets , and then we could copy from google sheets to our CRM.

However, is there a more direct way to copy entries to the clipboard.

You won't be able to help to PASTE the information over ... but perhaps you can say how we can COPY client data to the clipboard without copying each field/entry manually?

I don't mind hiring a developer but I don't know where to start.

    Thanks!

    Richard

Can you please tell us which CRM are you using.

In Google Sheets, you can select all cells you want to copy and use the Copy option.

    Hi,

I mentioned it's a specialist CRM  - definitely you won't have heard of it, there is no API or integration with this CRM (privacy requirements).

Hence I want to ask about the clipboard .

The copy from google sheets copies multiple fields at once, but of course the items need separating.

    Specifically the fields are:
    first name
    family name
    dob
    medicare number
    address 1st line
    address post code
    address city

We could copy each field manually ...Once these go into the clipboard manager then we can easily paste them 'in one fell swoop' - just tabbing across into the CRM one at a time and pasting from the windows clipboard manager.

But maybe there is a way to get the fields into the windows clipboard manager without individually copying?

    Thanks

You are also able to download a .CSV file where submission data is separated with a comma.

Unfortunately, there is no other option of copying the submission data.

Let us know if this solution will work for you.
