    Error: Oops! Form not found...

Asked by erikklass on July 14, 2013 at 09:35 PM

I have a form on my website, and I'm getting the following error:

Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular.

    Details: File: /www/v3/builds/72c8f13e274b17f646c81384a8f1ff46438f8285/lib/classes/Submission.php Line: 318

    The webpage is: http://www.thetutorsystem.com/purchase.html

This error occurs when I hit the "Buy The Tutor System Now!" button.

    Any ideas?

Hi, I just Did a test submission on your form direct URL and it is working fine. I found that you have used the form source code in your web page. I suggest you to embed form iframe code to avoid such problem. Or if you need source code means, please delete the code from your page and copy the new code. It seems some error made when you copy the form source.

    Let us know the result.

Feel free to ask if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your response. I just checked and I am still having the same issue (even after refreshing the page). Can you explain what you mean by "embed form iframe code"? I'm not a programmer, but can cut and paste the code, if you explain: (1) where to grab the code and (2) how to know what to overwrite (from where to where in the exsiting code).
