Hello, 

I have been a customer for a few years now, and I found this app useful. However at the moment being in lockdown and not being able to work I can't afford it. 

I've been paying for it for the last few months and not been using it at all(since February)

Is there something you can do to help me keep this app going and not cancelling?

Thank you for contacting Support.

Forms will still remain in your account even after you downgrade your account but you can only use limited forms after that.

Note: Bronze plan can create up to 25 forms while the free plan only 5.

If you downgrade your plan, you need to disable some of your forms and choose 5 forms to activate and use.
