Error - Incomplete Values

When people try to submit the survey, It shows this error even when they have completed the information. 

& when they click on go back all the information filled is blank & they need to start again.

I want the information to be saved in case of any errors

Please help me sort this

I would recommend clearing your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists please let us know with the details of the version of your browser and OS.
