Password reset and lockout

    I recently reset the password after being locked out

    I successfully logged in using the new password using the  Safari browser

    When I tried to test the new password when logging in from a different browser, the account was locked out.

    There is a technical issue with the lockout feature that makes it very difficult to reestablish successful connection to the platform for the organization after a lockout occurs. 

    Please advise

    Hello,

    I have activated your account now.

    Please clear your browser cache OR use an incognito browser window and try logging again using the new password and check if you are still getting the locked out message.
