Error on different order form

    I have this in sandbox mode and an error popped up:

    "the merchant login or ID is incorrect or inactive...." I am doing a test before making it live, can you please let me know what is wrong with the form.

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    The transaction error usually occurs when the Authorize.net credentials are incorrect. Please double-check your API Login ID and Transaction Key if they are correct. You may also contact Authorize.net to make sure that the API Login ID and Transaction Key are correct.

    I have cloned your form and integrated with my Authorize.net test account, and it worked fine:
