Hi, I wrote a post about an hour ago regarding the latest trouble with sender names etc.
Why was this deleted and I didn't receive any answer?
I can't use my email address as sender (SMTP) because it says that my email address was blocked.
Instead of deleting my post it would be nice to answer the question ;-)

Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
Your thread isn't deleted. One of my colleague has responded you here: http://www.jotform.me/answers/244343. Your account email is in the bounce list, this is the reason why you did not received emails on my colleagues response.
Anyway, I have now removed your email from the bounce list. It seems your email service provider has blocked messages coming from JotForm that's why your email ended up in the bounce list. Anyway, it should be fine now. You may now setup your own SMTP sender email to avoid this from happening again.

Hi EltronCris, thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately it is still not working. I can't use my email address :(
This matter is very urgent because I have a ton of booking forms and cant receive bookings or send autoreplies :(

Hi! I can see in the previous thread that you opened that my colleague has escalated the issue to our superiors since we here on first level support are not able to reset the SMTP settings. I can see that the request is still open. Our 2nd level support should be able to reset your SMTP settings. Thanks.
