Why my forms are disabled?

    Good evening,

    This is Aljer Sidaya.

    My form was disable and why?

    I did check the form URL you have shared and it is not disabled. This form is active and it shows password screen. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and if you input valid password, you should be able to view form without any problem. 

    Do try it out and get back to us if you have any trouble.
