Account suspended

    Hi. Good evening. We run a legitimate business. Could someone please tell me why our account is suspended with no warning etc.  We had this account for a while now.

    Hello,

    Your account was suspended since few forms (201755626101144, 201628333545150) on your account are collecting login credentials which is against our Terms of use:

    Since you have a paid account and from what I can see, our review team had already notified this to you. But still when you continued to add the login credentials back in the form, the account was suspended again. 

    In order to activate your account, we'll need to remove these fields especially the password fields from the forms containing them.

    I'll also forward this ticket to our review team to check.

    Hi thanks for your reply. And i appreciate your assistance and I’m willing to do anything to get the account back. However i have not received anything to let me know i was violating any terms. I actually submitted a ticket about the form not working a few days ago in which i would have never done if i knew that i was doing something wrong.

    Please tell me what i need to do next as well as where this alert of me violating your terms went as i wouldn’t want to miss any emails like this in the future.

    I just rechecked email and did not see anything in regard to this issue.
