Hi- I set up this account under my emai- but I would like to transfer/change it to another email instead, which I did, but I am still get the emails, and do not want this setup under me..
Please let me know how to fix this.

Changing your account email id will not change your form's notification recipient email ids. Please refer this guide on how to change the recipient email id: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
