Unable to change passcode or access account information

    Hi,

    You should be able to change your account password by going to My Account - Profile section: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile.

    Please clear your browsers cache if it does nothing or try using another browser.

    Hi,
    Tried it in all browser and the MY ACCOUNT page comes up blank with multiple options.
    When I click on the options to the left, nothing happens.

    One of our developer worked on that issue already, and it is now fixed. Please try to access to the Account page and you must be able to access.
