Schedule Zoom meetings with different parties

Hi,

I am not sure this is possible, but I thought I'd ask. We are hitting a point next month where we are wanting to let people schedule 1-on-1 meetings with us. There are like six of us they can schedule with, but I would like to do one jot form and use conditionals to send them to each person to schedule.

I have been able to get the Zoom integration set up, and I can schedule a meeting just with me. I have Zoom permission to schedule a meeting for one of my colleagues, to test this, but I can't see a way to link a meeting into her Zoom calendar.

Is this possible or something I will have to find another way work around doing?

Unfortunately, that won't be possible as zoom integration allows connecting to one account at a time. You will either have to use different forms in your account for this purpose for each one of you or each one of you can use our free plan and have their own forms in their own accounts.
