Regarding a Notification Email: The Reply-to Email shows the Sender's email fields in the drop-down list; so, shouldn't it/they also be available in the Sender E-mail drop-down list.

That's a good point you brought up. However, the Notification Emails that you receive are not sent using literally the email of your users. So technically speaking, their email is not actually the Sender Email. Their emails are not the emails used to send you notifications. It has also caused bounce-related issues as explained here that is why our developers removed it entirely in the Sender E-mail option and simply placed it in Reply-to Email where it should actually be. I see. I was just concerned that the FROM name in my email Inbox would not show the sender's name, but I see that it does. Now I know; thanks!
