i want to set a noreply email for autoresponse

i want to set a noreply email for autoresponse, but it ask for password, or to validate the email with a link, usually noreply emails are fictitious. i need to set an email without validate it.

Hi - The reason why change Sender Email asks for verification is to confirm that you're the owner of the email you're setting.

To explain further, I should not use a colleague's email as sender email without his consent, so it's asking for verification.
