In Mac 2011 Word, how can I bring in specific radio button data?

I have a Word template. I would like a section to display specifically the one radio button field that was selected.

My entire field is called <<Desired_Session_Start_Date>>

The first radio button has a field of #input_29_0

I just want the template to pull in and display only those who have selected the first radio button. Do you know how I can do that? Thanks for your help. I love JotForm.

If you are looking for  a way to  import a form from a text file document, be advised  that you can only import forms starting with <form> tags  and <input> elements

Otherwise, we cannot troubleshoot a 3rd  party solution as we do not have the knowledge

Thanks. I just want to know if there is a way to import just one of the buttons beneath a category.

Importing it by its overall field brings the responses from all the categories. Each category has its own field, but I don’t know how I specify that I want that one field in that one category. Does this make sense?

Rather than importing a button, you can build it within our form builder.  Do you want to show "a category" (which I am not sure what is this, is this a dropdown or textbox field) whenever someone chooses a radio button option?

If that is the case, you can accomplish this with conditional logics, you'll have hidden fields until someone chooses a radio button option

Please refer to us the imported form and let us know if you need further help
