    Merge forms with accordion function

Asked by samphaimobile on July 18, 2013 at 03:51 PM

Hi, i currently work on a order form that contains several different services. Beside of that i create questionaire forms for clients who ordered so they can give us the information and details related to that order / service.

Now my question is.... As there are 5 different services i need to create 5 different questionaires to get the information i need to fullfil the order. I want them to be redirected to that questionaire form after the payment but what if they ordered different services?

Is there a way to merge my questionaire forms so they can click on the one they want to fill out but they are still on the same form where all the other questionaire forms are as well?

I mean like an Acordion Menu where they can click and then the form opens that they need..... then below is another Menu Item that opens like acordion with the other form

I hope i make sense because i can not explain it better

    Hi Steve,

This must be your form http://www.jotform.co/form/31862214171851 you are referring to.

Albeit it is a bit complex, what you need achievable using the form's source code to manipulate the html elements and reposition them on the form.

It is similar to what was describe on this guide How-to-Add-a-Sub-Category-to-an-Order-Form

To get the form's source code, please refer to this guide How-to-get-your-Form-Source-Code

Please inform us if you need further assistance on this.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Just to specify more details, the sample modified form with order category can be tested here

    Thanks.
