The forum was somwhat vague in answering my question. Basically, the Text Area box i've created for a Comment area is not showing up in the emails i receive. Everything else shows up just fine.

Hi! did you try setting up a new Email notification? and check the email again?
When you add a new field to your form you shold edit the email notification and append this field to your notifiaction layout, here you have a Guide that shows go to Set Up a New Email Notification.

What guilledutra has adviced to you is correct. This happens when you add a new field into the form.Simply delete the current email notification and rebuild a new one.
To delete an email notification, please follow the steps below1. Click Setup & Embed2. Click Email Alerts3. Select the Notification you want to delete4. On the Compose Email Window, click Delete E-mail button then click OK on the confirmation window to delete the opened Notification.Should you need further assistance, let us knowCheers!
