forms are not working my account, and not working on my site either!

I can view all your forms here. May I suggest you to please clear your browsers cache and cookies and recheck again your forms? Or, try to logout, then login again, see if that helps.
I you can also check this in other browsers just to see wether it is not a problem with your current browser, that'd be better.
