We have a form that is live that registers people who want to volunteer for a festival this next week.
We are wanting to add two fields at bottom of file that we will actually fill in for them with the job they have been given and the time slot given.
Will it mess up the first 50 volunteers who have already registered, will it mess up anyone who is in the process online of registering right now, and will it mess up any future registrants.
It will be added at the bottom of the form with Instructions: This section is where your actual assignments will show up once your registration has been processes and approved by the Festival Office. Just skip over this part and scroll down to the bottom of this registration form and hit SUBMIT if you have filled out all the questions above and are ready to officially register to be a GoFriend Volunteer at the On The GO Festival.

No, it won't mess anything unless you are not deleting any fields. If you only need to add fields at the bottom part of your form, that won't be a problem. When you add fields to your form, it will automatically add a new blank field columns in your form submissions page. Also, the updates is pretty instant, once the changes is saved, it will be live on your form in a few seconds so who ever load the form should be able to see the changes that fast.
The data and existing submissions will remain intact, it won't be affected in anyway unless you have deleted your fields. There is nothing to worry about submissions, they'd be able to submit normally as usual.
Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
