    Why can I not access my submissions to delete some

    I just received a message saying I am running our of space and suggested to upgrade. Now it will not let me access any of the submissions to delete some. Why did it not give me a little warning so I would have time to delete certain submissions and allow me to clear up more space. Please help. I want to delete only selected submissions.

    Hello LostDogsArizona, I took a look at your account and the reminder was sent to you as the Notice to let you know that you are almost out of space. I see that you still have about 300 submissions left which is still plenty of time and it shouldn't have done anything to lock you out or halt this. When I checked I was able to see your submissions for the form that had submissions so I think this might be a slight browser issue so can you please clear your browser cache and form cache to see if this helps.

    Also please note that deleting your Submissions will not Free up Submissions Used. That only frees up Upload Space for Pictures and files so that will not change the 700 out of 1000 counting. This works by counting the submissions you've recieved as used. Deleting these will also delete the data as well so if you are going to do that it is suggested that you download a report as a backup of the data for your records.

    I was just able to get to the files. And before that, I had cleared my cache numerous times and it made no difference. I have to clear my cachet daily for some reason to view my Jotforms.
