    Hi,

I was able to reproduce the same inconsistency in the context of the message prompt.

BUT I think this is on the filepicker.io side typo error.
Instead of in megabytes MB, it only was mentioned in KB but the number is not converted to KB i.e. for 15 MB should have been 15360 KB

The file size limitation do work properly(the set limit will not allow more than the file size set),--

it is just the message text is misleading since it was in an incorrect conversion.

I'll let our higher support team know this. They will notify us regarding this once they responded.

Please inform us if you have other concern.

    Thanks.

Hi first of all you need to check your InkFilePicker Account under Global Limits if you have set some file size limitation.

When I check your form, you set your max filesize as 153600000( 147MB ), remember that the maxfilesize value is in bytes. Or did I get the wrong form?

Looking forward for your reply to properly diagnose this problem.

P.S: The proper 15MB filesize limit in your formshould be ( 15728640 ) bytes

    Thanks,
    Kenneth
