Per your request, I'm posting this question to the forums. I am using a different computer and the page is loading differently than on my usual computer. On this computer I see the Account button (see screenshot) on the other computer, I log in and come to this page and I see the Login & Sign Up buttons. This happens if I use IE, Firefox or Chrome. I suspect this is the reason none of my questions are not making it into the forum (because it does not see me as logged in).
We were able to see the question this time. Please do the same in order to post your real issue so we can help. Open a new thread for this purpose and we will be happy to assist you
Something else: The title of the issue should be entered into "What is your question" field and should be meaninful. For example, if you have an issue with email notification, say "My form is not getting notifications via email"
Then describe as much as you can the problem.
All of my questions had meaningful titles. The test post I put out there was in response to Krishell’s request that I post a test question once I was sure I was logged in. I can assure you and Khrisell that I was logged in both times I posted the test questions. My job at Boeing is very similar to your job with Jotform, I do computer customer support for Boeing’s web applications, so I’m very familiar with trouble shooting☺. Something (possibly a firewall?) is blocking my login once I go to the Support page from my Boeing computer. I’m sure you are using cookies to track login information. My security settings aren’t set up to block this type of information but it is obviously being blocked, but curiously only from the Support page. The first screen shot below shows the My Forms page after I’ve logged in and the second screen shot shows the Support page when I go directly from My Forms to Support. Please note the icon for My Account is missing from the Support Page. Another interesting observation. The Login and Sign Up buttons don’t work on the Support page.
I don’t know how far you want to dig into this. I’d be happy to demonstrate it for you if you want to do a WebEx. I realize you probably have a lot of issues to deal with and I’ve found a workaround (just use a different computer), but if other Jotform customers are experiencing this, it may be something you want to look at.
