I do not have any forms showing in the "My Forms" tab, despite the fact that I have just created one. Also, when I click "Create form" in this same tab, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

I couldn't replicate the problem when I checked your account here. I would suggest to clear your browsers cache and cookies and relogin. This might help. If the problem still persist, try it on another browser. You might be having issues with your current browser.
I checked your forms in Chrome, FF and IE. It's all fine.
