The Form Disappears On Smaller ScreenAsked by seatonwebdev on July 22, 2013 at 03:10 PM
I have designed a one page site to a clients spec, to include a Paypal payment option. However, as stated above the form disappears at screen widths below around 800px. Try it for yourself.
The site uses an Artisteer 4 designed responsive theme, and the form I have tried embedding in an article and as a custom html module, with the same result. I have followed the suggestions at http://www.jotform.com/answers/115602-The-forms-are-not-responsive but with the same result. Naturally I could drop the code into an html lightbox, but the cluent would prefer it to be on the page.
I have used Jotform on many sites in the pat without a problem, and love it. Have you come across a problem with Joomla/Artisteer before?
I was able to replicate the same issue you are experiencing. Please try reembedding the form using IFRAME embed code and see if it resolves the issue.
If the issue still persist, please contact us again.
It is now in an iFrame. I just get the first few fields. This is clearly a conflict somewhere with the responsive artisteer template.
Please try removing the script under the IFRAME code which is highlighted in bold below as that script causing the IFRAME to adjust automatically.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/31973966698377" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3068px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Done. Code inserted <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/31973966698377" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3068px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe> Just get the first few fields again.
Incidently, if I export the Artisteer Template as "Non Responsive" the form works, although it is, of course, not responsive. If you say that this is a third party issue, I will understand.
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to your query, please find div class="tmd-sheet clearfix" and add height: 3575px on it.
