We paid for out account to move from Free to Next Level via paypal and it is not showing up in your system. We are needing to have this resolved asap as we have a festival this saturday and today we were suppose to send out all the information to the volunteers via your system.

Thanks. I've found it. Unfortunately, you forgot to include your Jotform username during the upgrade process. This will also fail our system to automatically upgrade your account. I have manually corrected this from our end. Your account is now Premium. Please kindly check again.

Thank you. I received the email from you all saying we were close and if I wanted to upgrade click here and then followed the instructions as given. All it asked me for was email address and password. No other option. But at least it is fixed. Thank you for the FAST service. You all are great.
