I checked a thread a while back and noticed that you cannot import all fields from Jotform to salesforce, just the very basic generic contact fields of name, email, address, etc. If I have all of the fields already in salesforce from a questionaire I made in jotform, will they automatically populate? Also, what if a contact already exists in Salesforce, can you make it so jotform only autopopulates the new fields in salesforce?

Can you please share to us the URL of your form you integrated to Salesforce? We need this info to check further.
From what I know so far, you cannot include certain fields into Salesforce.. i.e. matrix field -- I am sure there is no means to mapped this field.
Also, what if a contact already exists in Salesforce, can you make it so jotform only autopopulates the new fields in salesforce?
I believe the answer to that was mentioned here Flexible-Data-Integration-with-Salesforce
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
