trouble hiding field when selection is changed

Asked by Tristanoreilly on July 23, 2013 at 02:46 AM

I have built an order form that dispalys a price when 3 fields are completed

    -shape
    -size
    -quanity

My problem is when the shape or size is changed, the price field remains and a second price field is added when the selection is changed.

Also when setting up an email notification is there anyway to get the price field to display in the notification? The price field is just a html text field.

    Hi,

That usually happens when there's a conflict with your conditions. You have few conditions with your form, I'm afraid each of them conflicts with each other. I would suggest to review each of your conditions, it would be a lot easier if you could create conditions one or 5 at a time then preview and check if it works properly before proceeding to the next batch of conditions if everything is working fine. It's really hard to say which conditions conflicts with the other conditions but you can see that when you preview  and test your form.

You can also group fields by using collapse tool so you can display them all at once via condition. How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry.

Feel free to let us know if you have further questions. Thank you!
