notification email is not received

    One thing Patrick, the form is created by me but i would like to change the receiver (other email). i have noticed that can be change in setting>Email>Notification? does it right way? if yes, i still not received any alert nor applicant's data. please help

    I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/201924961284459 and it seems you have set it to send based on condition.

    Please note that the notification email will only be sent once the condition is correct.

    You may disable the condition if you would like to send the notification email after the submission.
