    Hi this is message is for the Support Team. 
    It Seems that Juliana had canceled her JotForm Premium Plan accidentaly and she wants to know how to re-activate it.

    Recebi a confirmao de que o plano "Premium" teria continuidade, por ao acessar minha conta verifiquei que estou com o plano free. Meu interesse na vers Premium. Como devo proceder?
