I uploaded a video file (420 MB) that to a form that had a limit of 500 MB. When I went into the submission, I got the following error:

    Hi,

I am able to download the file. However, you may receive an error as you are currently subscribed to our Basic Free Plan. Free accounts can only receive up to 100MB of file. I would suggest upgrading your account to our Paid Plans. Check our Pricing page for limits: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    Thanks
