I am not receiving the notifications of my form in my email address.

    The application that I have on my website doesn´t work. when I put all my data into the form says ¨Thank you¨, but I do not get any email to my email account from you. So is running since yesterday.

    I get all my costumer through Jot Form.

    I need this to be resolved as quickly as possible.

    Have you already tried setting up a custom Sender Email? If not, please give a try applying the next method:

    How to use Mandrill to send emails from your own email address

    And also make sure to update the settings of your email alerts in the next way:

    1. Sender Name: The Name field of your form.

    2. Sender Email: Here select the custom Sender email you just setup.

    3. Then it will show a From Email field, there you need to pick up the Email field of your form.

    4. Reply-to Email: Also choose the Email field of your form.

    5. Recipient Email: The email address where you want to receive your form notification.
