Integrations Behavior: Jotform to Highrise

    Hey guys


    What occurs with a Jotform to Highrise integration?  I am creating a hiring process.  I have an application form (which will create a new contact in Highrise)  From there, applicants will be asked to attend a Pre Screen Qualification Session.  I will have the register for it via a Jotform webform.  At the end of the session they will be asked to fill out a questionnaire with their name and email address.  All of these forms will integrated with Highrise to track what each applicant is doing.  Will each form filled out automatically add that information to the applicants Highrise profile or will it try to create a new contact at each instance?

    Yes it creates new contact in every form submissions even if there's an existing contact on Highrise. Our integration doesn't support updating existing contacts. Example:

    To avoid duplicates, maybe you can achieved this at Zapier (JotForm - Highrise Integration) with filter.
