Does the 100 monthly submissions apply per form or per account?

Also, what if my 10 SSL submissions are used? What will happen to that form?

    I'll appreciate a prompt reply.

    Thanks.

    Hi jerome7,

Thank you for using the support forum. The 100 monthly submissions limit applies to the whole account. When you reach 101th submission, all of the forms will be disabled. So, the users will not be able to submit any data at all. The same thing happens when you reach your 10 monthly SSL submission limit.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

In addition to what allan has said, if you reach your 10th payment submission for the month, your account will also be disabled even if you haven't used a single regular or secure submission.

Basically, it's an either-or limit. Whatever submission limit gets used up, your account will be disabled no matter what. Hope you find this informative. Thank you.

The 100 submissions is enough for me. I will not just enable the SSL in my forms if that's the case.

When my account gets disabled, I have to wait until the next month for my forms to be usable again, right?

    I'll wait for your reply.

    Thanks.

    Hi Quigley

That is correct. You can either wait until the next month or you can upgrade your account to enjoy a higher submissions quota, which is 1000 for each submission types (regular, ssl, payment) for premium and 1,000,000 for professional.

Hope this post answers your question. Thank you for supporting Jotform.
