I WAS ABLE TO INEGRATE THE GOOGLE CALENDAR SO THAT WHEN AN APPT IS MADE IT APPEARS IN OUR SECURE GOOGLE CALENDAR- BUT HOW CAN I GET BOTH THE TIME OF THE APPT AND THE NAME OF THE PATIENT WHO IS COMING ON THAT TIME SLOT?

CURRENTLY, OUR GOOGLE CALENDAR JUST SHOWS THAT THERE IS AN APPT-- BUT NO NAME. THANKS

The Google Calendar supports the start and end time, but you can only map a time field here, I have reviewed your form and you're using the appointment element which cannot be split to get the time only.

Now, you may add a time field to capture the current time and then map it on your integration or you can also include the appointment field on the event description where you can also include other fields from your form such as the submitter name. Here is a screen-cast showing up how to add fields to the event:

Kindly give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks.
