Form Isn't Saving.

I am working on a form for my website offshorededi and I have been facing this problem. The form doesn't save for some reason, I have tried everything. Please check. It's a really big project for me and I would like if anyone can help me out. Thanks.

Yes, I can't see any forms currently in your account - I apologize it's not saving for you! Can you let me know the url of the form you currently have in builder, I can then check the other details of it
