"Fill in the Blanks" field: Values for this field goes missing in the 'Edit Submission' view if multiple "Fill in the Blanks" fields are implemented

    I have questions on my forms that when they are submitted they disappear. Why is that happening?

    I am referring to the following form:1. GACA Application - it is happening in two of the submissions for Weylin Charles Cornett and Raelinn Elizabeth Cornett. It seems the problem is with the fill in the blank portion at the end of the form. Questions and text from the actual form are completely missing. When I try to add them to the submission I get error messages.

    Also, on the fill in the blank questions, only the yes or no questions are showing up, not the other types.

    And all of the text isn't showing up on the PDF when I go to print it.

    Hello Bethany! Unfortunately, there is an issue with the "Fill in the Blanks" field. When you edit a form with multiple "Fill in the Blanks" fields, the values gets mixed up among fields and some fields remain empty.

    I'll recommend you to not to use the edit mode until this is fixed or you'll end up losing your submitted data.

    I was able to replicate this problem on a cloned version of your form. But to keep things simple, I created a very simple form to test this issue. The following screencast demonstrates this issue:

    The problem is only with the 'Edit' view. Form successfully sends the Blanks fields data to the JotForm servers and the JotForm servers successfully stores this information with the correct field names in the database (which you can view in the Submissions view).

    The problem occurs when 'edit submission link' is used; for some reason, the placement of data is not correct for the Blanks fields in this view. This results in some empty fields and some fields with data from another field.

    This issue has been forwarded to the concerned department. When this gets fixed, we'll notify you via an email under this thread.

    You can print it directly on the email you received, on your form's inbox page or submissions page since all the data are displayed.

    Example, here's how to print on the Inbox page.
