I'm looking for form # 11273004424 and can't seem to locate which acct it was created in. It's currently live on my website (tesslorraine.com/portfolio), but I went to edit it and can find it in either of my accts (info@lovebirdsstationery.com or tlosen@johngroup.com). Please help.

    Hi Tess,

It looks like you created the form using a guest account. You need to have a JotForm account (Free, Premium, or Professional) in order to do other tasks such as make revisions or create new forms.

To create a free account, you will need to click the long orange "Create an account -- it's free!!" button at the lower right part of your page.

Or you can go to My Forms, then click the "Create a Free Account" link at the left part side of the jotform page, just below the Secure SSL submissions counter.

Let us know if this helps. Thank you for using JotForm!
