    Hi,I was shared some forms with master account.

    Hi,

    I was shared some forms with master account. However, I don't have the shared with you tab on my left and nothing appears in my account. Can you help me on that?

    Hi Michelle,

    Can you please let us know the Master Account so we can check? You should be able to see "Shared with You" tab if the Master's account have successfully shared folder or form with you.

    You will also need to accept the invitation which is sent to your email.

    Hi,
    The master account is info@docent.co.
    I use michelle@docent.co and jotformlogin@docent.co. Both are shared with folders from the master account. Could you help me on this? Thanks!

    Hi,

    You have to login to the following account which is the Sub-Account to access Shared Forms from Master Account:

    michelledo (michelle@docent.co)

    JotformLogin (jotformlogin@docent.co)

    As you could see, you are using/logged in to another account which is not part of the Sub-Account settings from the Master's Account.

    Also, ask the Master Account to share forms to the account "michelledo (michelle@docent.co)". This account is currently set as Sub-Account, but no shared forms or no forms selected from the settings.

    in with jotformlogin@docent.co. But can see nothing of the shared file.

    I apologize for the previous response, I sent it by mistake.

    I checked your account and I could find the next forms in the accounts michelledo and JotformLogin, shared by the account DocentArts:

     

    I have cleared the Form Caches of the three accounts, that should help you to see the forms shared with you, but if the issue still perssists please use these links to access and check if it's possible to see the forms:

    http://jotform.us/

    http://jotform.net/

    Hi,
    Thanks. I have tired but as you can see from the attachment, my left side
    is a little bit different from you. I cannot see the shared with you,
    favourites tab on my left.

    Hi,
    I figured it out. For your reference if someone else meets this problem,
    just change the language at the right bottom into English if it is not
    English, then everything will appear.
