Why am I being asked for a Private Key file when attempting to view my Contacts form submissions?

Why am I being asked for a Private Key file when attempting to view my Contacts form submissions? I don't have any such file..

Please help.

Hi,

I have checked your form and it seems that you have enabled the encryption key in your form settings.

Since you enabled that option you should have been provided with an encryption key file and you should have downloaded it.
