Will my site need to be HIPPA compliant if I am using JotForm?

I am currently building a site that is on a VPS, we have the option to move to a HIPPA compliant server, but to do so would be a 300+ dollar price increase. The only actual patient info will be coming in from forms. If I integrate JotForm will there still be the need for the upgrade to a HIPPA compliant server?

It's not needed to upgrade your site since the data will be collected through your forms, thus you only will need to HIPAA compliance on your forms only. 

You can still embed the forms on your site despite having the emails HIPAA compliant.
