    Hi there

The new report Builder is great - Thanks for that!

Apparently there is a Data Error in Standard Chart graph using star rating fields.

    Please check my printscreen.

It shows 4.92 of 12 responses. The correct value should be 84 instead of 12.

12 ist just the number of responses on 1 star rating.

BTW it would be nice, if the total responses could also be hidden as the field total responses in subhaeder. Otherwise a hide of total responses ist not possible.

BTW2: Form Builder would even be much more usefulle, if it would not only be linkable to one form, but to addtional tables also having the same field int the table (eg. emailaddress or customer number). So jotform would become a kind of database funktion, which i am terribly missing since many years...
It would be great, if developpers could do something in this direction.

    Thank you!

    Best regards, Markus

You were right. I was able to replicate that as well on my test form. I'm not sure if there's some sort of a formula that makes it only show 12 responses out of 84, or if that's intentional. But let me consult this with our backend team and get back to you here once we received an update.

BTW it would be nice, if the total responses could also be hidden as the field total responses in subhaeder. Otherwise a hide of total responses ist not possible.

You can actually remove that by disabling the SHOW SUMMARY option in the settings. Here's how:

Also, I have moved your last question to a separate ticket. I'll address that here shortly: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2490433

    Hi John

Sorry, my explanation was maybe not that clear.

I do already understand your solution, that I can hide Report summary in subtitle.

My Problem is the number 12 what should be 84 in fact (total of all responses).

I have found out (by changing to pie chart), that the number 12 ist the number from all entries with the value "one star", which is wrong.

There could be left the impression, that the average 4.92 result from only 12 entries. In reality its 84, the number of total summary (field is mandatory).

So when you correct the wrongly displayed 12 to 84. People could still see, how many entries are in total.

Thats why I made the suggestion to find a way to also be able to suppress the total responses in this type of chart (total responses INSIDE the chart).

BTW: What about Language translation. It would be nice, if i could change "responses" to "antworten" (German).

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!1596551584Ashampoo_Snap_Dienstag, 4. Aug

    Hi Kusi06,

Yes, my colleague was able to replicate your issue and has logged the 12 showing (when it should be 84) with the backend team. They will be able to review in more depth than we can here, and will provide an update as soon as they are able to understand why it is doing that.

Thank you for the feature suggestions on chart builder. As they are separate issues to the replicated bug I will split those into a separate ticket, available here.
