JOtForm Inbox: Download submissions as PDF option is not working

    Hi

    I'm in the inbox trying to print my forms and i get the email saying we will let you know when your PDF's will be ready, however I am not receiving these emails?  Is there an issue with this?

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

    The option to download all submissions as PDF is currently not working. Our developers will are already informed about this issue and they are working on it. We will update you via this support ticket once the issue is resolved.
