Putting account on hold.

    One of the main reasons I chose Jotform was that I had read that you could put account on hold or deactivate the account and then open it back up when forms were needed again.

    What I would like to do is deactivate my account but keep my form available for future activation.

    Please feel free to contact me with steps needed to accomplish this.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You can cancel your subscription of the paid plan you have. Once you cancel your subscription your account will downgrade to free account and your forms will be available, also you will be able upgrade your account whenever you want again, you can feel free to get a subscription with one of our paid plans again.

    To cancel your current subscription please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Account page.

    2. Select Billing from the menu in the left side. There you will be able to switch your plan to the Starter one, which is free.
