My JotForm platform won’t work on my website

Hi - I am a silver member as of 6/8/20

i use jotforms on my professional website, rabinovepsych.org.  It seems to have stopped working - when a new patient attempts to send me a form, I get an email with the attachment but  I can’t access the form.  Please advise !

I am not sure what you mean by you can't access the form. Are you unable to access the form through your account or are you unable to open the form link?

Could you please provide the form you're referring to?

I can access my forms on my website but I can’t access them if I send them to myself via email - so when I ask patients to fill out the forms and send them to me they can fill them out and send them but I can open them up from my email.

We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed your last updated form and I was able to understand the issue.

If I understand correctly, you were referring to the submission download link in the form submission email. I checked on the form Email and I see the Email Content only has the submission PDF download link.

You must be receiving submission emails with only the submission PDF download link in the message.

Ex:

Take note that the Download Submission PDF link will only work when you are logged in to your account. So make sure to log in first at https://www.jotform.com/login using your username before you access the link in the Email.

I also recommend you add a new Notification Email on your form so that the Email Content will have all the updated data.
