My form was diabled since it went over quota on space and SSL submissions.

I removed the SSL fields and removed all files from the upload space, but the form is still not enabled.

I tried disabling and enabling. I tried loggin in and out, after emptying cache.

    I tried re-inserting the html code into the site: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/31278144074149"></script>

I tried creating a clone from the old form and changing the html. htmi: "<script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/32066066070144"></script>"

However Wordpress site will no longer display the embedded

The cloned form will display when copying and pasting the source code, but will not allow submnissions through to jotform.

My wordpress site is on my own server and is up to date as is the plug in for jotform: JotForm Embed Forms

Please advise on how to get my forms active again.

    Thank you, David Yamamoto

    Hi David,

I manually adjusted your SSL submissions counts to 9 at max (this is necessary to remove the Overlimit). You may want to re-enable again the form in your website to check if everything is working again as intended.

Please be inform that we can only accomodate this manual adjustment at least this time only. Try not to use the SSL submissions if not necessary.

But if your requirement exceed the limits for the Free subscription, I do recommend you opt for the paid plans.

Hope this help. Kindly inform us if you need further assistance.
