Why was my account disabled

    Hello 

         This is the second email I sent and would like to know why was my account disabled. I received a message within you guys system about spamming or something related. But I have been in business 25 years and we were using you guy services, which I find very simple and great to use and then was all of the sudden, shut down. 

         All of the clients we sent the forms to, are already clients of ours and have opt in to our services and forms we require. I would like to have my services re-activated and please email details or steps if you guys decide to keep us active. If you are in need of proof, please advise and we will forward any and all details. Thanks again for your attention in this matter.

    Hi,

    Your account was suspended due to suspensions of phishing, due to offering loans with no valid domain of a financial institution.

    Please send us an email from a corporate email address to reviewers@jotform.com or contact a financial institution representative to which you are affiliated to perform the loan offers, to email us on your behalf with Thread #(2491349) as your subject.
