Google Sheet Integration, certain fields won't populate

    Hello there!

My JotForm is integrated with Google Sheets and Google Drive. I have submitted several "test" forms and notice that one of the multiple choice fields on Google Sheets does not populate with the JotForm information. The JotForm has 3 multiple choice questions, 2 of those seems to be receiving the info on the backside through Google Sheets, but 1 question remains blank.

I should also mention that although GS appears blank with that one question, under the Google Drive the information appears on the JotForm PDF that is created once the entire form is completed.

I have edited the multiple choice question to make sure they are all the same, but no luck.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you :)

Hello @DCA_Public - To clarify, have you added the Multiple Choice (that isn't working) to the form after you integrated it with Google Sheets? If so, that could be the reason.

Note that whenever you made edits or added new fields to the form after it has been integrated with Google Sheets, that shouldn't update the integrated Sheet causing the integration to break. As a result, the newly added fields will not send its data to the sheet. So we highly suggest to finish building the form before integrating it with Google Sheets.

By the way, I tried re-pushing the submissions to the integrated Sheet for this form: DCA ADF COVID-19 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAMCould you please check the Sheet now and see if the data are populated?

If still not shown, I'm afraid you need to do a re-integration. Note that re-integration will create a new Sheet as you cannot use the existing sheet.
