To Whom It May Concern,
On the jot form (pics attached), geolocation and location coordinates show error messages. My google cloud platform is now active and upgraded, but they are still now working yet.
Could you give me advice?

I checked your form and it seems that you have not entered a Google Maps API key on your Geolocation widget:
Please add the API key and Update the widget.
